Creating Extra Group

What is an Extras Group?

An Extras Group is a collection of the same type of extras. This will show on your booking form in a seperate section with a small border around it. This is perfect for colating things such as Backdrops, Skins or Curtain colours. 

How To Create an Extras Group.

1. Click Assets. 

2. Click Extras Groups. 

3. Click  Add A New Extras Group. 

4. Create a Title. This will show on the booking form above the 'Group'

5. Write a small description of what the group is for. This will show below the Title and will give instructions on what needs to be selected and why.

6. Choose whether this is a required selection using the check box.

7. If a single selection is required you can check the disable mulitple selections box. 

8. If you have more than one Extras Group you can select a weighting which will decide where it shows on a booking form. 

9. Click Save 

Adding Extras To an Extra Group

1. Go to Assets. 

2. Click Extras. 

3. Go to the Extra you would like to add to the group. 

4. Select your desired group from Extras Group dropdown. 

You can check that this is showing correctly by checking your date through your boothbook.
