Using Staff Tracker

What is the benefit?

This feature gives you an extra level of insurance when challenged around arriving and departing at the correct times for your booking. It should not replace your current measures but is a useful extra failsafe to add. 

Setting up your staff tracking

In order for this, your staff will need to have a mobile/cell phone that will allow them to download the BoothBook App for either Android or iOS. 

Starting Tracking 

  1. Ensure your Staff download the BoothBook App
  2. Ensure the staff member is assigned to the staff
  3. Have your staff member launch the App before they leave for the event and click the tracking icon on the right, and start tracking
  4. Remind them to leave the App open and visit it regularly especially upon arrival and departure from the venue
  5. Have them click stop tracking when they arrive back

Seeing Tracking Information

  1. Go to Reports > GPS Tracking 
  2. Select a date
  3. Select and event 
  4. Select a staff member 
  5. Click search
  6. You can click on the pins to see timestamps
