You can set system messages for if you're fully booked, for before a customer completes checkout, after checkout as well as alternative payment guidelines. You Booth Book system comes with messages set up by default but if you would like to make them more personal to your business, go to Configuration> Translate and scroll down to Customer Messages.

Customise Your Fully Booked Message

You can edit the message that shows to customers when they search for availability and nothing is available. You may use HTML in this field.

Customise Your Before Checkout Message

You can edit the message that shows customers see once they have filled in the booking form and clicked Book Now. but before they pay anything. You may use HTML in this field.

Customise Your After Checkout Message

You can edit the message that shows customers see after completing checkout and every time they make a payment via their Manage Booking page. You may use HTML in this field.

Customise Alternative Payments and Payment Guidelines

Enter a message to inform customers if you offer other ways to pay eg. BACS details.
